Services and Packages Terms & Conditions

  • What is Client Profile Form? 
  • Every new client need to complete a Client Profile Form with your personal particulars, medical history and lifestyle. The purpose is for us to understand you more and recommend/customize appropriate treatment for you.

    For all IPL and equipment treatment, the therapist will explain to you the treatment procedure, customization steps (if any), contraindication, benefits and consent form. This will probably takes about 10 mins. At the same time, you can also share with us any special needs or adjustment request.

    After your treatment, we will share with you some good quality home care product and after care advice over a cup of tea.

  • Do you have 100% money back guarantee policy?
  • No, we do not practice this as we believe the good quality and standard of our service and we should be paid for the service rendered. We do offer promotion trial session for some new services at a heavily discounted rate.

    The purpose is for you to feel comfortable with the therapist and built confidence in our treatment and service before committing on the treatment/credit package which is non-transferable and non-refundable.

    However, please do not expect to see full benefits immediately with just 1 time trial and that’s the reason why we design a package.

  • When should I make the balance payment?
  • The balance of the treatment fees, package price or store value system shall be paid by cash or Nets at the salon. An official receipt will be issued.

    If credit card payment is necessary, you can pay via Paypal or through Vanitee apps. Check with our friendly therapist for details.

  • Do I need to make appointment? What are the ways of making an appointment?
  • You are highly recommended to make an appointment at least 1 day in advance so as not to get disappointment when you do a walk-in.

  • How do I know which package or store value is most suitable for me?
  • Our packages are basically break down into 2 types.

    Credit Value system

    This is buying an amount up front and get top up with a bonus amount ranging from 15%-30%. Every time you come for treatment, the amount will be deducted from your balance credit value until it gets depleted.

    This system allow you to use any of the services listed in the menu.

    Treatment package

    This is buying either 6 times or 10 times of the same treatments and get additional 1 time or 2 times of the same treatments free accordingly. This is best if you frequently choose a particular service or service combo.

    Redemption for lower or top-up for higher value service is subjected to Skosk Beautique Management decision.

  • Is there an expiry date for your package, store value system and complimentary services?
  • All sessions of package, credit value system and complimentary services are to be completed within 12 months  from the payment date of all package and credit value system. This is because we do not want customer to just buy and don’t fully utilize and benefit it. All of our packages, credit value system and complimentary services can be comfortably completed within 12 months. It is our standard practice to send customer a constant reminder if we see there’s a lapse in usage of package/CV and/or when it’s expiring soon.
  • How long in advance must I notify on any postponement or cancellation of my session or change to my request service after it has been arranged and confirmed?
  • At least 24 hours notice is needed and acknowledgement of the change from us. It will be good that you give us a call to notify on the change.

  • Can I have the complimentary service on its own?
  • Complimentary service has to be redeemed together with anyone of the session. No separate visit redemption is allowed.

  • Can I cancel or shorten or transfer my package after payment? Can I transfer the complimentary service to others?
  • No cancellation, shorten or transfer of your package to someone else once payment is done. Same applies to the complimentary service. However, you can share within ladies family members or friends.

  • How many time can I have the promotion trial session?
  • Promotion trial session is valid for 1 time per person only.

On-line Shop Purchase & Shipping FAQ

  • How is the shipping calculated?
  • You can choose a flat rate of S$3 shipping by normal Singpost mail or free store pick up.

    If registered mail or courier is required, please call to check with our staff for details.

  • Which vendor do you use for the shipping?
  • We use Singapore Post for the local and registered mail and TA-Q-Bin for the courier.

  • What is the difference between local mail, registered mail and courier?
  • Local mail is normal postage mailing with no tracking, no door step delivery, no acknowledgement of receipt and up to weight limit of 2kg. It usually takes about 3-5 working days to deliver. We will not be responsible for any lost parcel if local mail shipping is selected.

    Registered mail comes with tracking, door step delivery, acknowledgement of receipt and up to weight limit of 2kg. It usually takes no more than 2 working days to deliver.

    Courier comes with tracking, door step delivery, acknowledgement of receipt and weight above 2kg and size of 60cm (total of length+width+height). Same day delivery if order receive before 9am or next day delivery. Delivery can be arranged between 12pm-5pm or 5pm-8pm.

  • How do I make the purchase?
  • For Singapore Local Purchase

    Select the item, add to cart, and choose the shipping method.

    Checkout from Shopping Cart. You may checkout as a guest (without registering an account) or as returning customer if you already have registered an account with us.

    After providing the billing and shipping information, select the payment method. You can choose to pay by Direct Bank Transfer (preferred) or PayPal with your credit card or as PayPal registered user. Once we received your payment, we shall arrange the shipment. The transaction will then be considered as completed.

    For Overseas Purchase

    The current quoted shipping prices are based on Singapore local shipment. We need you to register an account with us and save your selected items.

    Once we have the international shipment cost from Singapore to your address, we will get back to you. If you accept the final cost, you can proceed to make payment via PayPal which we will email the link to you.

    Once we received your payment, we shall arrange for the shipment.

  • How do I create an account?
  • Hover your cursor to the top menu and you will see a Login. Click on it and it will bring you to My Account. Enter your email address and password under the Register Here and click "Register". You will receive an email to your registered email address with the username. You can login to on-line shop using the username or your email address.

  • Is it necessary to create an account to purchase in your on-line shop?
  • It will be good to create an account as the system will remember your purchase history and billing address information. However, if this is just a one time purchase and you do not want to have the history benefit, you can proceed to make the purchase without creating an account.

  • I do not have PayPal account and would like to pay using my credit card. What should I do?
  • You can still pay using your credit card via PayPal with no account set-up needed. Click on "Pay with my credit or debit card".
